Taste of Wales began
with a love story

I fell in love with a Welsh woman, and through her, I fell in
love with Wales.

What began as a relationship soon became a journey — one that led me to move to Wales, build a life here, and ultimately get married in a country rich with history, pride, and a deep sense of belonging.

Living in Wales has been a gift. From the dramatic coastline to quiet countryside paths, our days are often spent walking the coast with our dog, breathing in the sea air, and enjoying the simple pleasure of being outdoors together. These moments — unhurried, grounding, and full of meaning — are what we consider perfect days.

It was on one of those perfect days, enjoying time at the beach, that the idea for Taste of Wales was born. We realised we hadn't brought a picnic, and wished there had been something ready and waiting — a beautifully prepared hamper filled with local Welsh produce, simple to collect and effortless to enjoy.

Each Taste of Wales hamper celebrates the land, the people, and the producers of Wales, bringing together exceptional Welsh food to be shared in moments that matter.

Today, we are proud to supply hampers for all occasions — from traditional Welsh afternoon tea and carefully curated cheese hampers, to special occasions, seasonal selections, and bespoke hampers created to your own ideas. Whatever the moment, we are always happy to help create something truly memorable.
